Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please email cyraijewelry@outlook.com first to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original certificate and warranty card. Dispatch your return within 7 days after receiving the RAN.
Use insured shipping with signature confirmation. Customers pay return shipping costs and are responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Approved ready-to-ship returns receive a refund excluding shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This includes specially made jewelry for which the customer has approved a new CAD design.
Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
